Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' baby name finally revealed and it's adorable

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have been making headlines lately, as their shock divorce rocked fans across the globe. The couple share two daughters, but the youngest child’s name was kept under wraps, until now.

The music star and his wife, best known for her role as Sansa Stark in the hit TV series Game of Thrones, were married for four years, before announcing their ‘amicable’ divorce. Although many stories have come out about what may have happened, Joe recently ‘shut down’ any stories at one of his concerts. However, one thing we know for sure is their youngest daughter’s name, and it’s adorable.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s daughter’s name revealed

According to custody filings, obtained by Page Six, the celebrity couple named their 1-year-old daughter, Delphine. Their eldest daughter, Willa, who’s name had already been shared by the couple, is now 3-years-old.

The name is said to be of French and Greek origin, coming from the Greek word delphís, meaning Dolphin.

Although Jonas and Turner kept their family life private after the divorce was announced the Waffle House singer was seen out and about with his kids, taking them for walks around the city.

As the two navigate the custody arrangements of their little ones, for now, court documents reportedly state that the couple agreed to keep their daughters in New York, while they work out custody proceedings.

Aside from Joe’s two daughters, brothers Kevin and Nick are also proud fathers to little ones. Younger bro Nick is the father to one daughter, with his wife Priyanka Chopra, whereas Kevin, like Joe, has two daughters.

Nick and Priyanka welcomed their first child Malti Marie Chopra Jonas in January 2022, via surrogate, two years after tying the knot.

Eldest brother Kevin, shares two daughters with his wife Danielle, Alena, 9, and Valentina, 6. Recently, the two got candid about parenthood, and the difficulties of raising two girls.

“Sometimes, what they say is not what really what they mean,” the 35-year-old told E! News. “When they’re telling us how they feel, sometimes there’s something else really going on. I think you try to listen past the listening. And we’re still working on that,” he explained.

This year, the pair will be celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary, after tying the knot in December 2009.
